Erika Girardi Spotted For The First Time Since Filing For Divorce From Tom Girardi!

On Thursday, November 19, Erika Girardi was spotted publicly for the first time since filing for divorce from Tom Girardi.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star enjoyed dinner at the Italian hotspot Fia in Santa Monica with a few close friends last night.

Erika wore a cozy Fendi print jacket, pencil skirt, and black knee-high boots. As for the meal, her party ordered grilled corn with shaved black truffle, seared diver scallops, and tender stem broccolini, among other dishes, at the California restaurant.

A source revealed how she's handling the transition after moving out of their house. “She's sad but trying to keep her spirits up,” an insider told E! News. “Most of her castmates have been very supportive which she appreciates.”

The insider added that Girardi is not looking forward to dating anytime soon. “It's too soon to date, she's not ready.”

The Pretty Mess singer filed for divorce from her 81-year-old husband after 20 years of marriage on Tuesday, November 3. She later confirmed the news via a statement. “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” she said. “This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved I request others give us that privacy as well.” 

Erika cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from Tom. She also wants the court to determine their shared property and confirm that any gifts and inheritances are still hers.
