A clip from the first season of The Real Housewives of Potomac recently resurfaced on social media which features a man that appears to be Ashley Darby's husband, Michael Darby, where he is seen in the background of a scene where it appears that he grabs a production crew member's butt.
According to Reality Blurb, the clip was first shared on Reddit on October 14, which has been shared on social media, and it has since gone viral.
Michael is seen in the background of a moment featuring a scene that includes Karen Huger and her husband, Ray Huger. Darby seemingly appears to walk behind a crew member and gropes his backside.
The clip was taken during Charrisse Jackson Jordan‘s 50th birthday on the ninth episode of the first season of RHOP.
As previously reported, Michael was accused of "grabbing and groping" the butt of a Bravo cameraman while filming an episode of the fourth season of the Bravo hit reality series. But charges were dismissed on October, 4, 2019 in a Montgomery County court due to insufficient evidence.
"I didn’t do it," Michael told FOX 5 D.C. at the time. "My name is cleared. I didn’t do anything. I’m completely exonerated, completely cleared."
Meanwhile, Michael alleged that the cameraman "saw a way to make money, he went out to tell people," and claimed that "he quit the day after he filed charges."

During the fourth season of the RHOP, Bravo aired an unseen footage clip that appeared to show Michael seconds after an incident that a cameraman alleged to be sexual assault.
After the episode aired, Michael released a public statement. "On one hand, I was amused by the production company’s amateurish attempt to affect the viewers opinion by first showing video that clearly does not show any improper action by me and then try to couple that with another video which was taken 4 hours later by a different cameraman of a conversation with a cousin of a cast member — not the cameraman — who whenever I see him refers to a well-documented, harmless event that occurred in season one,” Michael told PEOPLE at that time. "On the other hand it shows the level people will stoop to in order to get ratings."
"This was a serious situation where an employee of the production company tried to take advantage of my wife and I by making up a story to try to profit from it," Michael added. "The fact that the production company appears to endorse his actions by splicing together disconnected and unrelated events in order to also profit is really scary for people in my position."
Meanwhile, a representative for Truly Original, RHOP‘s production company, responded to PEOPLE about Michael’s claims on Monday:
"Pertaining to Michael Darby’s scenes in last night’s Real Housewives of Potomac, there was no manipulation of audio or video; the footage that aired in last night’s episode depicted events exactly as they occurred," they said in a statement.
However, days later, Andy Cohen publicly apologized over the audio from the episode in the “unseen” footage that was featured on RHOP that involved Michael and the cameraman.
"I want to first start with a correction. On last Sunday’s Watch What Happens Live, we aired the Potomac unseen footage," the WWHL host said. "We mistakenly attributed a quote to the cameraman, when in fact, there was no attribution made when the episode originally aired in its entirety," adding, "We sincerely apologize for that error," Cohen added.
