Margaret Josephs Throws Shade At Danielle Staub; Says “She Was The Virus On Our Show That We Got Rid Of”

There's no lost love between Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub. During a recent interview with DailyMailTV, Josephs reacts to Staub not returning to the Bravo hit reality series' upcoming eleventh season.

"She will not be back next season," Josephs said. "As far as I was concerned she was the virus on our show that we got rid of."

Despite their feud, Josephs wishes Staub the best in her future endeavors. "In all seriousness, I only wish her good things," she admitted. "Obviously, you know, for it to go that direction ... we were suffering."

She continued, "She’ll move on with her life and reality TV, you know, is not for everybody at a certain point."

Season 11 of RHONJ has been put on hold due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, Josephs hopes this crisis will give her co-stars a little perspective following what she referred to as a "dark" last season.

"With the girls I'm hoping, you know, we might be a little kinder to each other, maybe a little more patient," she said. "I mean if we were all quarantined together that would have been a show, that would have been amazing. 'If we would have been livestreaming all the New Jersey Housewives together, how fabulous!"

These days amid self-quarantine, Margaret has been keeping herself busy with her new podcast, Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget.

"There's a ton of podcasts about pop culture that cover reality, no one needs Marge in that space," Margaret told DailyMailTV. "So basically this is about entrepreneurship, disrupters, leaders in different industries, who started with nothing, who made a name for themselves."

New episodes of the reality star's podcast Caviar Dreams, Tuna Fish Budget are available every week on Spotify, iTunes, and YouTube.
