Kandi Burruss Confirms RHOA Season 12 Reunion Will Be Filmed Online!

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is having a change of scenery for the show's upcoming 12 season reunion. Kandi Burruss revealed the news during an interview on Instagram Live that it will be filmed online instead of a traditional reunion taping due to the coronavirus crisis.

“They let us know the other day that we are going to be … we’re going to have to do, I guess, an online type of reunion situation,” said Burruss.

She also spilled the tea on their current RHOA group chat, adding, “Some of the girls was going back and forth, you would’ve thought it had been a reunion on the text messages. I said, ‘damn! Can ya’ll save all this for the actual reunion? We don’t get paid for your text messages to be all out of pocket,’ you know what I mean? It’s a mess!”

Last month, the reunion host, Andy Cohen confirmed that the upcoming Season 12 reunion taping of RHOA was postponed due to the Coronavirus.

Cohen shared the news after a fan asked him if RHOA reunion was “canceled or just postponed” due to the Coronavirus, to which Cohen responded, “Postponed!" he tweeted. “Omg we all need something to look forward to. And you will get it!”

He then shared that Bravo “considered” for “a second” of having the reunion via Skype, but they “figured it would stink!”
