Man Arrested In Murder Of RHOCheshire Alum Missé Beqiri’s Brother!

The Sun reports that a man was arrested yesterday in Denmark over the brutal Christmas Eve murder of Real Housewives of Cheshire alum Missé Beqiri's brother Flamur "Alex" Beqiri, who was gunned down outside his £1.5million home in Battersea, South West London in front of his wife and young son.

The 22-year-old suspect was held under a European Arrest Warrant at Copenhagen Airport at the request of Scotland Yard after arriving there on a flight from Thailand.

The man arrested yesterday, Anis Hassimi, who is a kickboxer, is from the Swedish city of Malmo, where Beqiri fled in 2016 after receiving death threats.

British detectives have been liaising with Swedish colleagues and believe Beqiri, of Albanian origin, was caught up in a gang war with North African criminals, reports the publication.

A hitman is believed to have kept Beqiri under watch before gunning him down as he returned home on the evening of December 24 with his wife and their son.

The man arrested for Beqiri’s murder is said to be of Tunisian origin. He has denied any involvement in the murder and has vowed to fight extradition to the UK.
