Gina Kirschenheiter Finalizes Divorce From Matt Kirschenheiter, Restraining Order Against Ex-Husband Will Continue Until 2020!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter appeared in court on Wednesday and broke into tears after realizing that her marriage to Matt Kirschenheiter is close to being finalized, according to The Blast.

The former couple filed a judgment in their case and  a judge ruled that their divorce will officially terminate on New Year's Eve, December 31.

The judge also allowed for Gina's request to keep her last name of Kirschenheiter, as she wanted to have the same last name as her three children.

The restraining order that Gina filed against Matt following his arrest for domestic abuse (which he wasn't charged) will continue to stay in effect until January 15, 2020.
