Teresa “was in really good spirits and made the crowd laugh several times” at the East Coast Vs. West Coast Real Housewives Brunch, said the eyewitness.

Last week, Teresa and her daughters Gia and Milania broke their silence following the news of Joe's deportation ruling. Gia shared a throwback photo of her with her dad, with the caption: “This is one of my favorite pictures of me and my dad❤️ my father is no threat to society he is one of the most warm hearted people I know, he would never harm a soul. He puts everyone else before himself. I know who my father is and I think many of you do too,” she wrote.

“My father did his time and learned from his mistakes. Isn’t being in there supposed to make you realize your mistakes so you can become a better person? And that’s exactly what my father did. He hasn’t felt or looked this good since he was in his 30’s. We have so many plans to do as a family when he gets out. I need my father to be here. My father belongs with us and his entire family. My father came into this country when he was one years old, the United States is the only country he knows, spread the word #bringjoehome”

However, Gia's initial react to the news of her father's deportation caused controversy, which Gia ended up turning off the comment section after she shared a video from comedian Fred Rubino. Gia has since deleted the post, check it out below!

Meanwhile, Gia's younger sister Milania shared an emotional post about her dad. “My dad , who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home. We aren’t done fighting dad,” she wrote.

She added: “I can’t believe this is happening. I can’t imagine another day without you. We are gonna do everything we can to fight this daddy!! I love you with all my heart buddy❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#heartbrokenšŸ’”šŸ˜¢”

As for Teresa, she shared a crying photo of the Statue of Liberty, covering her face along with the caption of prayer hands emojis. “šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»šŸ™šŸ»”

Then, Teresa shared a photo of herself with daughter Gia as they are checking out Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey along with the caption, “Taking it one day at a time, with my beautiful Gia checking out @rutgersu”

As previously reported, Joe was ordered on Wednesday, October 10, to be deported from the United States to his native country Italy, according to Radar Online. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington said during a hearing, the website reported. “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

Joe, who can file an appeal by November 9 appeared at the hearing via teleconference from his Allenwood, Penn. prison reacted to the judge's ruling. “I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now. I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me.”

Meanwhile, a source reveals that Giudice plans to appeal the deportation ruling, according to Us Weekly. “Joe isn’t going to go down without a fight and is going to appeal the decision,” said the insider. “This isn’t over, not by a long shot.”
