According to Miami-Dade County records, Real Housewives of Miami stars Lisa and Lenny Hochstein have sold their Miami Beach mansion for $10.1 million.
The Hochstein couple sold the 9,944-square-foot home at 1647 North View Drive to Trabes LLC, in the care of AFO LLC, a Coral Gables-based tax specialist firm.
The seven-bedroom, four-bathroom and two half-bath mansion sits on a 22,580-square-foot lot on Miami Beach’s Sunset Islands.
Hochstein bought the property in 2005 for $4.35 million. It was built in 2007, according to property records.
The estate features 100 feet of water frontage, a mosaic infinity pool, a foyer with a backlit 14-foot diameter stained glass dome, a home theater, billiard room, chef’s kitchen, wine cellar and inner courtyard.
The property also includes a pool, dock and Jacuzzi. It was listed for $10.9 million, reports The Real Deal.
Last year, the newly happily parents made headlines when they decided to tear down their mansion at 42 Star Island to build a new one, following a series of lawsuits from preservationists.
Last month, the Miami couple welcomed their first child via surrogate. Mazel to the Hochsteins!
