The sale officially closed on February 27. According to the Daily Mail, Leakes took out a $1,324,000 million loan. The property had been on sale since last August with a $2.2 million asking price.
The mansion, at 9,511 square feet, has six bedrooms and seven baths. It’s new construction with the following description:

Homes in that area go for between $500,000 and $6 million. She’ll have access to a 27-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course, three private lakes and 14 tennis courts, plus an Olympic competition swimming pool.
